The Teen Librarian Division of the Library Association of Rockland County is proud to announce that they will be publishing Scrawl 2020, their fifth collection of fiction, non-fiction, and poetry written by teens in Rockland County. This juried volume will feature published authors as guest editors, be found in libraries throughout Rockland County, and be celebrated with a book launch party in Spring 2020!
