Summer Reading is Here!

June 29th - August 7th

Read books and win prizes!

Beginning June 29th, you may start submitting mini book reviews to earn raffle tickets. Book reviews can be submitted online or by paper form at either Valley Cottage or Nyack Library. NSD students can earn extra credit for next year by registering and submitting at least one review.

Dungeons & Dragons

Join our adventuring party for new and veteran D&D players alike! Registration for Nyack School District students begins June 15. Out of district patrons can begin registering July 1. Space is limited. Led by David Shuman.

Join us for an epic original gaming quest as we uncover clues to find famous lost manuscripts! Pizza will be served.

Chess club

Join the Chess Club, open to beginner, intermediate and expert abilities! Chess will be taught by a rated player and coach who is a parent in our community, in a program that can develop and sharpen the cognitive, academic, emotional and social skills of children.

This program is for ages 5-17. Children aged 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult observer.

Come and play this easy-to-learn and fast-paced trading card game with ghosts and dice! Craft your team, bring your friends, and the battle is on! Tournament winners will receive a free starter pack to take home. Pizza will be served.
